Refund policy

Our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 30 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. To request a replacement or refund, contact us at hello@yourknowone.com and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Returns

We do not accept returns for items that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, please note that custom-made products are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal. As all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns under this provision unless the item is defective or incorrect.
